Ways To Train at STYK

  • Personal Training

    Work 1:1 or in a group of 2-3 women and receive individualized training with a program created by one of our coaches. Your program will be intentionally structured with YOUR goals in mind.

    Perfect for the gym girl who doesn’t love the big group vibe and wants a more personalized session.

  • Small Group Training

    Work in a group of 4 women and receive personal training energy and attention with the motivation of a small group. You decide the goal…your STYK coach will get you there! Grab your girlfriends and make the gym your new girl date!

  • Group Classes

    Our group classes are structured, efficient, and results driven! We don’t lose the intention or quality of a session just because it’s a GROUP class. Each group follows the same structured and progressive nature of our personal training sessions with the energy of a group. Classes are capped at 10 participants.
